XLIX Annual Conference of the Italian Association of Germanic Philology - CfP
The conference, to be held in Naples at the University ‘L’Orientale from June 7 to 9, 2023, aims to explore issues related to the ways and means of composing texts in ancient and medieval Germanic languages, focusing in particular on poetic language and rhetorical structures, in poetry but also in prose.
Members, colleagues, and scholars are invited to submit contributions directed toward the study of the language and style of individual authors and texts, with reference to vocabulary, terminology, poetic diction, and the linguistic study of phraseologisms and collocations, including issues pertaining to the translation and critical edition of such types.
